Respiratory Care Department
The Respiratory Care Department consists of a combination
of Respiratory Nurses & Therapists. All patients have a
clinical visit within 48 hours of the initial setup. The same staff
member will continue to monitor the patient’s oxygen therapy
throughout the duration. Patients are seen quarterly or bi-
annually, depending on the level of care needed, as well as
PRN. A member of Clinical Care is on call 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. There is always a member of the team in house
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm for any walk-ins.

Cpaps & Bilevels are setup within 24 hours of the referral.
Our Respiratory Therapists & Nurses will work closely with
the patients to ensure all concerns are addressed and
compliancy is achieved. Our compliancy rate ranges from 90 –
98%.

Coinciding with equipment instructions, patients are also educated on the importance of
infection control. Respiratory Therapists & Nurses will advise patients on potential
hazards, teach proper prevention techniques and continuously monitor for compliance.
The Director of Clinical Services continuously monitors the compliance of our patient
base and updates policies as needed.
